As heat-staking quality continues to improve, there is a growing demand for inspection of the staked materials and the storage of staking data. To meet these requirements, a vision system is applied in the post-processing of heat-staking operations. This allows for the evaluation of the results and verification of the successful completion of the heat-staking process by analyzing the staked materials using a vision system.
